Since January 2024 our focus has been on light roasting to let each coffee speak for itself. A lighter approach brings out sweetness, vibrancy, and complexity, allowing its origin to shine. We work with small and carefully chosen lots, sourced from producers and partners who value quality and transparency as much as we do. Every coffee is roasted in small batches with the aim of clarity and balance in the cup.

We continue to refine, learn and develop, always guided by the pursuit of a good cup of coffee.
