Sitio Amoreira:
In 2012, Demilson Batista Jr. founded the family business: Legender Specialty Coffees.

Legender sources its coffee exclusively from Sitios (Sitios are small plantations that produce less than 500 bags of coffee per year). Sitios are usually located at higher altitudes, which favors coffee cultivation. Sitio coffees are known for their quality, which is due to the high altitude and the shade of the hilly landscape.

Mauricio Scalco is one of the farmers who works with Legender Coffee.
His farm produces 38 bags of coffee per hectare, which come from around 3,000 trees per hectare.
