This coffee has wintery notes of mandarin and a caramel-like sweetness. The aftertaste reveals a spiciness reminiscent of gingerbread.

About the farm:
The El Diviso farm, founded 28 years ago by José Uribe Lasso, has a
a long tradition of coffee cultivation. In recent years, a significant change occurred when José's son, Nestor,
joined the company seven years ago. Under his leadership, the farm began
to explore exotic coffee varieties. This transition has resulted in notable awards, including a sixth place in the Cup of Excellence.

About the producer:
Nestor, a young coffee farmer, began honing his skills as a coffee taster at the age of 14. His visits to progressive coffee farms broadened his perspective on production and processing and pushed him to question traditional market practices. Today, at 25, Nestor is a leading example of innovation for growers in the region.
